Apartment Renovation Zagreb

We take on complete apartment renovations in Zagreb and the surrounding area — from a bare shell or a tired old flat to a home ready to move into.

An apartment renovation is the most demanding work we do, because it ties every other trade together: demolition and waste removal, preparing the services, drywall, tiling and final decorating. That is exactly why we run it as one project under one responsible contractor. You do not have to coordinate a plumber, a tiler and a painter yourself, or wait for one to finish before the next can start — sequencing the stages is our job.

What is included

• Site visit, measuring and a written itemised quote before work starts
• Removing partitions, stripping out old fittings and clearing waste
• Preparation for electrical and plumbing work
• Drywall, tiling, filling and painting
• Cleaning the space and handing over the finished apartment

You get an itemised quote and an agreed completion date before anything begins, so you know where you stand from day one.
